Garbage for 25th September
Re hash My ordinary, lets not get the walkers excited run
from Robbies bar on Normans Rd.
A good contingent turned out for this run without rain!!!
Amazing! The run got underway fairly early and the walkers strolled up the path
by the railway line to Blighs rd and a check. A short bit of trail took them to
the first piss stop on St James Ave. this at a mates house who’s wife took him
inside for dinner before the pack arrived.
In the meantime, the front runners twisted and turned with
lots of checks etc on Lees, Idris, Blighs, Wairakei, Picairn, Christian,
Aorangi, and Condell before getting to the same check as the walkers and ending
up at the piss stop. All discussion here was based on Labrats knowledgeable
thoughts on what sort of top was about to be put on the driveway.
The trail then wizzes through St James Park and onto and
off and onto and off Papanui Rd to a second piss stop on a derelict site and
then On home.
A quick fines circle in the pub car park as the staff
wanted to finish meals quickly.
Fines:-
SSS for staying away from Hash to play Hockey
Firkin for staying away from Hash because of rain
Oxy for only selling two t shirts before the run
Kling on W Plank and others for walking when they are capable of running or fast walking on the runners trail
Dogs for calling “Check Point” when he knows GCH3 always calls “Checking” (Blame the Israelis)
Ezee for something to do with water management
The pack then zipped into the pub for tucker and beer after
the staff finally worked out how to put points onto our card for the
future.
